A full mug of strong Yorkshire Tea knocked over a light coloured Indian Rug. Well known local carpet cleaner called out as an emergency. Took one look,shrugged his shoulders and gave up hope of any restoration.Two propriety products tried guaranteed to remove anything. They removed nothing and probably made matters worse. Insures advised a hefty claim would be forthcoming and then we found Rug Spa on line and with nothing else to loose though we would give them a try.What a fantastic service from initial advice to collection cleaning and re delivery. The stain was removed and the rug returned to its former glory. Thank you so much for your efforts when everything else failed
