Staff always friendly, informative and polite. I spilt greek yogurt on my shaggy rug which smelt dreadful. Rug came back good as new on price and in the times quoted. Will be using Rug Spa again, highly recommended.

The staff at Rug Spa gave us an excellent service. Our 30 year old Turkish Rug is now bright, clean and almost looks like new. All the staff we dealt with were helpful, reliable and professional. Our rug was picked up from our house and delivered back to us at our convenience.
