7 Steps to A Beautiful Rug
1. Identifying
Your rug is firstly measured, and tested for colour fastness. Then it will be inspected for any pre existing issues such as pile reversal, pet urine issues, and general damage. A report is made, photograph taken and attached to the client file.
Q. What will happen if when you inspect my rug you find you can not remove the stains?
2. Dusting
Your rug will go through our automatic and efficient rug duster. It removes various types of dry dirt from the surface, such as: sand, dust, dandruff, and hair.
Q. I have watched your video and it looks like the machine works very well but does the beating machine damage the rug in any way?
3. Immersive cleaning
After going through dusting, the rug is fully immersed in a Rug Wash Tub, which fully cleans it. All stains and fringes are pre-treated at this point.
During the cleaning process, all stains on any rugs are identified and individually treated. Time is spent on these and we do everything we can to improve or remove stains but unfortunately this is not always possible to achieve.
Q. Can every rug be washed like this and wont the colours rug if gets too wet?
4. Rapid moisture removal
Straight after your rug has been washed, it will be placed in our centrifuge machine. This fantastic machine will have your rug 95% dry within 8 minutes.

The rug will then be closely inspected for any spots/stains which will be treated including any extra fringe detailing. Any additional treatments will then usually be applied at this point and then will once again return to the drying room for the final time.

7. Returning Home
When we call or text to arrange a day to return your rug, at this stage you can tell us whether you’d like your rug to be packed up in our storage tubes or our popular eco tape.
Q. Can I still have the stain guard applied even if I decide to have it after it passed this step or is it too late?
