For Homes Where Craftsmanship Matters

High-value rugs deserve more than a quick surface clean. Standard carpet cleaning can over-wet fibres, dull colours and push soil into the foundation. Our dedicated rug spa safeguards fibre integrity, dye stability and texture — the correct method for hand-knotted and premium rugs.

Our Luxury Rug Care Process

Fibre & dye testing — essential for silk, Persian and antique rugs.
Mechanical dusting — removes embedded dry soil before washing.
State-of-the-Art Immersion Rug Washing System — cleans both pile and foundation as intended.
Hand detailing & fringe finishing — meticulous border and fringe care.
Pure water rinse — neutral, residue-free clarity.
Humidity-controlled drying suite — safe, colour-stable drying.
Final groom & luxury fibre protector (optional) — helps resist re-soiling.
