Many years ago I made a large rug which I adore. Over the years it had become dirty and,latterly, suffered from the naughty ‘ministrations ‘ of a puppy. It was with some concern that I sought for someone who could clean my rug - and oh boy, was that search worthwhile. Whilst I haven't yet been able to unpack my 4 rugs, delivered just now by your employee, Tony, I would just like to say how interested I was in the process you/ he used to clean up my rugs!

Also, I was very impressed by Tony's pride in his work, and the fact that he collected, cleaned and returned them to me personally.

This is rare and excellent customer service, and very much appreciated.
